Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return items (unless otherwise noted) for store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for returns and exchanges are covered by the customer. When items are returned for store credit, credit applies to the same merchant the purchase was made from. Only if the merchant is no longer in the collective then credit will be applied to house items or refunded by method of payment used for purchase. Returns or exchanges from one merchant to another are not accepted.
All returns must be authorized before we accept them.

We will provide the shipping address when return is authorized www.bpdthecollective.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.
